The main goal of UAV’s it is to have a secure fast-deployable tool which allows to have a certain superiority in combat. In order to obtain the desired advantages, is needed the balance between different key factors:

The Process

The process to obtain the balance between the mentioned factors, must be carried on by a team of experts that combine
both combat and technological knowledge. Integrated with a systematic formation plan to not only transfer the
technological knowledge and procedures, but also the contious-improval mindset.

Phase 1

Environment needs in present and immediate future

The needed technology will be determined by the troupes need. Type of environment, atmospheric factors, payload needs and basically what are the advantages that are expected from the system.

Phase 2

Equipment and testing - Knowledge transfer

Once the required equipment (UAV’s) has been defined, a thoroughly formation plan and training must be carried out. The most efficient way to transfer the knowledge is though cognitive training combined with systems theory.

Phase 3

Complete Integration - Technological self sufficiency

A combined force of operators, maintenance and specially trained technicians must learn a collaborative way to the self improvement of the equipment. Giving self-sufficiency to implement new systems (UAV’s) or integrate any third party technology that may be needed.

Team

The team needed for the consultancy and implementation must have at least 3 specified profiles, with scalable support if needed.

Systems and Pilot

Profile with teaching skills and flight hour experience in UAV’s. A basic knowledge of how all the systems work is required. Also communicative skills to meet with providers. 50 K/year

Systems Specialist

Technical profile with enough know how to learn how every electronical and mechanical system onboard works. 60 K/ year

03

Application Specialist

Profile with military experience with enough technical information to understand possible weapon integrations. 60 K/ year

04

Team Manager

Profile with technical and managing experience to guide, plan and assist all the phases of the projects. 50 K/ year
